I work with teens and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, self-harm, life transitions, grief, and self-esteem. I have a client-centered approach and pull interventions from different modalities to tailor the sessions to your needs. My style is flexible, focusing on both treatment goals and whatever is on your mind on the day of the session.
