I’m so glad you’re here, I’m genuinely excited you found your way to my page!

Life can feel overwhelming at times, and starting therapy can be a big step (and yes, a slightly awkward one at first—talking about your deepest thoughts to someone new isn’t exactly most people’s idea of a fun icebreaker). But my goal is to make that experience feel comfortable, natural, and even a little lighter along the way. You don’t have to have it all figured out to be here.

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum, relationship concerns, family dynamics, and life transitions. If you’ve ever felt unseen, stuck, or just mentally exhausted, I offer a space where you can show up exactly as you are—no pressure, no judgment.

I also work closely with children, families, and couples. Whether it’s helping kids express big emotions, supporting families through communication challenges, or helping couples reconnect (and maybe argue a little more productively), I focus on creating understanding and stronger relationships even when things feel tough.

A big part of my work centers on healing childhood and generational trauma, as well as supporting clients through anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship challenges. I use a blend of approaches like CBT, DBT, EFT, along with humanistic and holistic techniques basically, I don’t believe in a “one-size-fits-all” approach, because people are way too complex (and interesting) for that.

A little about me, I was born and raised in Orlando, Florida. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Central Florida and my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University.

Outside of sessions, I’m someone who enjoys the simple things. I love being near the ocean, listening to music, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. And like most people, I unwind with TV at the end of the day sometimes for “just one episode”… which somehow turns into three. Balance, right?

I know therapy can feel intimidating. It can feel like you’re opening up everything to a complete stranger but it doesn’t have to stay that way. My goal is to help you feel understood, supported, and comfortable enough to be yourself (even on the days when “yourself” feels a little all over the place).

If you’re looking to heal, manage emotions, improve relationships, or just make sense of things, I’m here to walk alongside you. We’ll uncover your strengths, build tools that actually work for your life, and help you move toward feeling more grounded and fulfilled.

And if nothing else you’ll at least have someone in your corner who listens, supports you, and won’t judge your TV choices 🙂

You don’t have to do this alone.

I also offer therapy in Gujarati and Hindi, so if you feel more comfortable expressing yourself in those languages, I’m here to meet you there.
